Guest Experience & Service Policies
At Orleans Nails and Spa, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality in a relaxing and professional environment for every guest. To ensure the comfort, safety, and integrity of our services, the following policies apply:
Respect & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful. Harassment, aggressive conduct, intimidation, or verbal abuse toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to require disruptive individuals to leave immediately.
Safety & Security
For the protection of our guests and staff, the salon is monitored by video surveillance. Recorded footage may be used in the event of incidents or disputes.
Children Policy
For safety, environmental control, and insurance compliance, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service. All minors must be accompanied and under direct adult supervision at all times.
Noise & Atmosphere
To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep conversations at a personal volume and avoid using speakerphone.
Food & Beverages
Eating inside the salon while receiving or waiting for services is not permitted. Beverages must be in sealed or tightly capped containers.
BYOB Policy
BYOB is permitted only with prior request and management approval before the scheduled service time. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and comply with applicable laws. A signed liability waiver is required for each individual consuming alcohol. Orleans Nails and Spa does not sell or serve alcoholic beverages.
Pets
In accordance with insurance and health regulations, pets are not permitted inside the salon. Service animals as defined by applicable law are welcome.
Client-Provided Products
For quality control and sanitation purposes, Orleans Nails and Spa reserves the right to refuse the use of client-provided products, including but not limited to press-on nails, lash extensions, polishes, acrylic systems, builder gels, Gel-X kits, or other enhancement products. If a service is performed using client-provided products upon request, the salon does not guarantee the performance, durability, safety, or results of those products. Any warranty is void when outside products are used. Orleans Nails and Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions, product defects, lifting, breakage, or service failure resulting from client-provided materials.
Health, Sanitation & Professional Discretion
Services will not be performed on clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions. Orleans Nails and Spa, its owners, and licensed professionals reserve the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service at their sole discretion based on professional training, trade expertise, experience, and industry standards to protect the health, safety, sanitation, and integrity of the natural nail and skin.
Service Limitations & Professional Scope
Orleans Nails and Spa provides cosmetic nail services only. We do not diagnose, treat, or perform medical procedures. Any condition determined to be beyond the scope of our professional expertise, training, or industry standards will not be serviced. This includes, but is not limited to, ingrown nail removal or treatment of medical nail conditions. Guests experiencing pain, infection, inflammation, or suspected medical concerns should seek care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Warranty Policy
No-chip polish, dip powder, acrylic-based nails, builder gel, and Gel-X services are covered by a 14-day limited warranty. For new set, touch-up, and fill-in services within these categories, the warranty applies to chipping, cracking, or peeling under normal wear conditions only. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from personal miscare, improper aftercare, impact, excessive force, picking, biting, chemical exposure, normal wear beyond reasonable expectations, services performed by another salon, client-provided products, or conditions related to the natural nail. Results and longevity may vary based on individual nail condition and lifestyle.
Removal Notice
Removal of dip, no-chip, acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, or polish may reveal the natural condition of the nails, including thinning, weakness, or prior damage. The salon is not responsible for pre-existing nail conditions.
Appointment Policy
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or service modification to respect all appointments.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Service adjustments must be requested within 3 days of the original service.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises.
By booking services, receiving a confirmation, and/or checking in onsite through the third-party electronic platform provided by Fastboy, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be subject to the terms and policies set forth by Orleans Nails and Spa LLC.
